If you have an account in our online system, there is no longer a need to send original documents for a large portion of the shipments you book with us. It will be enough to simply upload their scanned copies into the system.


Why?

This is a step toward digitalization, automation, and speeding up our processes related to receiving and processing transport documents. This service also helps reduce both your costs and ours. With rising fuel prices, courier service costs are also on the rise. Eliminating the need to send original documents to us comes at a difficult time for our industry, where optimization and cost reduction are of key importance.


How can I know for which shipments I can avoid sending original documents?

Our clients automatically receive transport orders electronically. Each order contains complete information regarding the shipment, including whether original documents need to be sent to us or not. In cases where sending original documents is not specified in the order, uploading their scanned copies to the system is sufficient.


How do I upload the documents to the system?

The document files are uploaded in the “Accounting” section. Every shipment you complete becomes automatically available in this section 3 days after unloading. All you need is to find the shipment and upload the scanned documents through the “Add Documents” menu after selecting the specific shipment.


What should I do if I cannot upload the documents to the system?

Our system has a built-in guide that can explain how to use it so you can get the most out of your profile. To access it, select the “Tour” option available in the top-right corner of the page. If you still experience difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone so we can assist you. If you are unsure whether original documents need to be sent, please ask the ILAN representative, responsible for your company.
