Mobile App Terms
These terms govern access to and use of the ILAN Transport mobile application provided by ILAN-TRANSPORT EOOD. The app is publicly downloadable, but its operational features are intended only for approved business users and drivers connected to ILAN transport work.
Effective: 12 August 2026
1. Provider and scope
The app is provided by ILAN-TRANSPORT EOOD, UIC 175303912, Kliment Ohridski Str. 2, 2100 Elin Pelin, Bulgaria. These terms apply to the mobile app and supplement any signed company, carrier, subcontractor, client, employment, or transport agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms on a business transaction, the signed agreement controls that transaction; these terms control use of the app unless the signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. Approved business access
Downloading the app does not create a right to use protected services. Accounts and roles may require ILAN approval or a driver code issued for authorized work. Registration information must be accurate, current, and submitted with authority from the named company where applicable. The app does not offer consumer transport purchases or in-app purchases.
3. Account security and authority
Use only your own account or assigned driver access. Keep passwords, two-factor codes, driver codes, devices, and recovery channels secure. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person or company. Notify ILAN promptly of suspected unauthorized access, a lost device, incorrect permissions, or a change in your authority.
4. Operational records and documents
Loads, statuses, routes, prices, invoices, company data, vehicle data, messages, photos, documents, damages, blockades, marketplace activity, and other records entered through the app are business records. You must have the right to submit them and must keep them accurate, lawful, relevant, and free of malicious content. Access, upload, replacement, download, and deletion remain subject to account permissions, ownership rules, file-security checks, and applicable agreements.
5. Driver location and notifications
A driver may start location tracking only for an assigned active load after the app displays the tracking notice and the device grants permission. While that session is active, location may continue in the background when the app is closed or not in use, subject to device limits. The app indicates active tracking and provides a stop control. Push notifications may deliver operational or security updates; device notification settings remain under the user's control.
6. Confidentiality and prohibited use
Transport documents, VINs, tracking links, prices, personal data, and company records may be confidential. Do not publish or forward them to unauthorized persons, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape data, reverse engineer beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded, or use the app for fraud, surveillance unrelated to authorized transport, or any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and changes
ILAN may maintain, secure, update, replace, or discontinue app functions and may require a supported app version. Mobile networks, GPS, devices, operating systems, and third-party services can delay or limit availability. Users must not treat an estimated time, location point, notification, or app status as the sole safety-critical instruction and must follow law, transport documents, and authorized operational directions.
8. Suspension and termination
ILAN may restrict or suspend access for security, suspected misuse, expired authority, contractual reasons, legal obligations, or protection of users and transport parties. A company may also request deactivation when a user no longer represents it. Users may request account deletion, but records that must be retained for legal, contractual, accounting, safety, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may remain with restricted access.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the ILAN Transport Privacy Policy. It explains account and business data, document and device data, driver location, public VIN-based tracking, recipients, retention, international transfers, rights, and deletion requests. Device permission does not replace the information and legal bases described in that policy.
10. Intellectual property
The app, branding, software, interfaces, and ILAN-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. ILAN grants approved users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for authorized business work. Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit and authorize its processing as needed to operate, secure, evidence, and support the relevant services.
11. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible under applicable law and its signed agreements. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided for operational support and ILAN is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate user submissions, unauthorized credential sharing, unsupported devices, unavailable networks or GPS, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights in a signed agreement that expressly prevail.
12. Law, language, and contact
These app terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without overriding mandatory law or dispute provisions in an applicable signed agreement. Bulgarian, English, and Polish versions are provided for access. If these app-term translations differ, the Bulgarian version prevails, unless an applicable signed agreement expressly states otherwise. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
