Request account deletion

Use this page if you no longer have the app or cannot submit the request from Driver More.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request without confirming whether an account exists.
ILAN verifies your identity through company contact records. We will never ask for your driver login code.
After verification, we revoke sessions and delete the generated app account.
Transport or tracking records are deleted or de-identified unless a legal or contractual retention duty applies.
